What is your s/i’s backstory?Dorian was raised by an unkind, unloving family, set to be nothing more than an incubator for his would-be spouse. Dorian has no contact with them post MGS2, after he came out as trans. Dorian was used by THE PATRIOTS to manipulate Raiden in MGS2. After MGS2, Dorian and Raiden broke up temporarily.
Dorian transitioned and focussed on being a cybernetics researcher, wherein they were again captured by THE PATRIOTS for his knowledge. He was physically tortured and also experimented on. After MGS4, when THE PATRIOTS fell (MGS4), he reunited with Raiden.
Post MGRR, he continues living as a cybernetics researcher whereas Raiden works as a mercenary off and on.
How does it entwine with your f/os’ canon?
For all intents and purposes, Dorian replaces 'Rose' in the Metal Gear Solid canon nearly 1:1. If Rose did something or said something, Dorian probably did it as well. You can pull up a wiki if needed (or just ask me). In general, Raiden's canon son, John, does not exist unless already discussed.
Dorian has a HUD showing Raiden's vitals to him at all times. He can deactivate it, but in general, when separated, he has this activated.
What things make them feel the most appreciated / cared for?
Dorian can be very self-depreciatory. He needs a lot of reassurance and care, though he loves Raiden deeply. He sometimes doubts Raiden's affection, fearing it is out of obligation or pity. He often masks his emotions and appears extremely stoic, though Raiden can usually bring out his emotions and/or see through them.

If assisting Raiden on missions, Dorian's codename is INGENTING ('Nothing' in Swedish).
F/O Questions
What headcanons do you have for your f/os?- Raiden has two bodies. His 'Civillian' body and his 'Cyborg Armor' body. When not in combat, he is wearing the Civillian body. When in this body, he is extremely self-concious, and wears high collars coats to hide his lower jaw (where a prominent seam exists between his human and cyborg parts).
- He has a scar over his left eye; that eye appears blind, but is cybernetic. It can glow red.
- Raiden, despite his love of violence, is exceedingly gentle when it comes to Dorian. He does not mix business (violence) with pleasure (Dorian) - Dorian is very aware of his violent tendencies, but Raiden will not do anything to inflict significant pain to Dorian (or himself).
- Dorian and Raiden have minor sub/dom mechanics. Dorian often wears a collar around his neck when Raiden is near.
- Raiden is obsessive with hair care. Only Dorian may touch his hair and even then, only rarely.
- Beneath the violent, cold mercenary killer exterior is a himbo. Sometimes, Raiden can be a lil' dumb. But he got the spirit.
- Loves Kaiju movies, especially Godzilla.
- Had a Rolex collecting phase when he was younger (MGS2 era).
- Raiden cares deeply about children; he does not like harm coming to them especially.
- Raiden's favorite foods include tacos and lobster.
- Only recently figured out he's bisexual (see above. He's a lil' dumb.)
- Non Binary; uses any pronouns. Usually he/him.

Raiden loves Kaiju movies. Secretly a movie buff, of sorts. Also a weeaboo! BIG TIME. Loves ninjas but doesn't talk about it much. Enjoys working out, sparring (sometimes with Dorian).

Loves spending time with Dorian, even quietly. Often cups his face with his hands, deep hugs. Massages. Sparring.
